Things are about to get spooky with the Shadow Temple!

Tonight, on The Stevetendo Show, we're jumping back into Hyrule for more Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time! I have been having an absolute blast playing this game on the show. I never need a reason to play a Legend of Zelda game because this series is one of my favorites. During the last Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time episode, we made our way through the worst dungeon in the game, the Water Temple. Let me be clear:

I love the music in the Water Temple, so I never mind traversing through it. The rest of the dungeon sucks, but the music keeps me going. This evening we'll have to make our way to Kakariko Village to find the Lens of Truth and the entrance to the Shadow Temple. The first Elden Ring episode went as well as you would have expected for someone who doesn't play these games all the time. That said, we beat a boss and found our maiden. It's all uphill from there, right?

This is an interesting week for Nintendo fans. The Legend of Zelda fortieth anniversary was this morning, and a new Nintendo Direct is tomorrow morning. Nintendo announced details about the Legend of Zelda movie, the fortieth anniversary Legend of Zelda Switch 2 bundle, a Pro controller, Amiibo, and more. We also got a large chunk of gameplay footage for the Ocarina of Time remake/remaster and the release date. It's set to release Nov. 5, which is very soon! Stop by The Stevetendo Show and share my thoughts from the Zelda Direct and what I want to see during the Nintendo Direct!

I'll make this statement now: if Rad Racer gets some love during the Nintendo Direct tomorrow morning, I'll bump the Elden Ring playthrough to next week and jump right into some Rad Racer. It will be fun to see what Nintendo shows off during the direct. Will there be a new Mario game? Will Pokemon get added to the Switch Online? Will there be a brand new Star Fox or F-Zero? It's fun to play "what if" when there are Nintendo Directs because the crazier the idea, the more sane it sounds to Nintendo, so be crazy, folks!
