The Reincarnated Elf Left on a Journey to Master His Magic and With His

The official website for the upcoming anime adaptation of Monshō Sakakibara’s Majutsu o Kiwamete Tabi ni Deta Tensei Elf, Moteamashita Jumyō de Ikeru Densetsu to Naru (The Reincarnated Elf Left on a Journey to Master His Magic and With His Extra Lifespan Became a Living Legend) has revealed its January 2027 release window. It has also released the first two minutes of the anime’s first episode.

The cast members include Daiki Yamashita who stars as Liese and Hana Hishikawa as Minori. Yuki Inaba, known for his work on Parasyte -the maxim-, is directing the anime at Studio Palette. He is also in charge of series scripts.

Sakakibara first released the story on the Kakuyomu website in 2021. Additionally, Starts Publishing released one volume of the novel with illustrations by Hatori Kyoka in 2022. In 2023, Kanco launched the manga adaptation on Starts Publishing’s Novema website. The manga’s first compiled book volume was shipped in March 2024. Further, the sixth volume will ship on June 26.
